At Signpost, we aim to support working carers and employers as we believe that carers have the right to a fulfilling life outside their caring role and should be supported to stay in work where possible.
An employee with caring responsibilities that has an impact on their working lives. These employees are responsible for the care and support of relatives or friends who are older, disabled or seriously ill who are unable to care for themselves.
