Walk to Fitness
Join Briony for our Walk to Fitness sessions. The walks will focus on raising your heart rate and improving your fitness. All you will need is a comfortable pair of shoes, a drink and a rain mac (just in case!).
All current Walk to Fitness walks for carers are suitable for beginners. We will be walking for just over an hour at a moderate pace. We will walk along the Macclesfield Canal and then back along the Middlewood Way.
There will also be the opportunity for some refreshments at the end if you want to stay.
These walks take place on the 2nd Monday of the month, 10.30am – 12.30pm
Meet: High Lane – we will be meeting in the free car park next to High Lane Medical Centre, SK6 8DR at 10.30am.
