Viaduct Care Wellbeing and Self-care service
Offering telephone and online support for people over the age of 18 registered with a Stockport GP who require support with social issues. For example; housing, finance, long term health conditions like diabetes, support with low mood, anxiety or loneliness.
Extensive support for those who are blind, visually impaired, hard of hearing or have duel sensory loss.
Greater Manchester Bereavement Service
Greater Manchester Bereavement Service can help to find support for anyone in Greater Manchester that has been bereaved or affected by a death.

A 24/7 text service for Greater Manchester residents. It allows you to find and receive mental health support anytime day or night. You can simply and discreetly communicate with trained crisis volunteers by text message.
