We're here to support you as you care for someone with dementia. Funded by the Big Lottery, the Dementia Carer Advice and Support Service (DCASS), works closely with Pennine Care Mental Health Trust to ensure that carers of people with dementia are better informed and supported throughout your caring journey. Specialist support is available both to carers in the community and at Stepping Hill Hospital.

How do DCASS workers help?

DCASS workers will provide support to complete Disability Benefits and Carer's Allowance forms, as well as helping carers to process financial assessments and council tax reduction forms.

Please contact Pat, DCASS Manager at Signpost at [email protected] or ring the office on 0161 442 0442 to find out more.
