At times, being a carer can be an intensely lonely and stressful experience. Carers often become isolated from their previous social circles and support networks just at the time when they most need a friendly voice or sympathetic listening ear. When you are emotionally supported, you feel less alone and sometimes all it takes to relieve an emotional burden - at least momentarily - is to share the weight by having a chat about it all. 

When difficult subjects are very personal and close to home, it can be easier to talk to someone outside your circle of friends and family. That’s why we are here to listen and respond to your needs, concerns and frustrations, whatever they may be, without judgement.
