Stockport Memory Assessment Service drop in

The drop in is for anyone who has been discharged from the Stockport memory team service. There will be a range of professionals, including nurses from the Memory Team and Signpost’s Jennie, available to discuss any concerns you or the person you’re caring for may be experiencing.
The drop in will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 2 – 5pm.
